Consulting Sessions
If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee. Refunds for prepaid sessions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Digital Products
Our digital products (Weekly Planner Template, Workflow Mapping Guide, Priority Matrix Toolkit) are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been provided. If you experience technical issues or did not receive your product, contact us and we will resolve the matter.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or discuss your situation, contact us via our contact page or email help@sloxaronoezikeo.world. Include your order details and reason for the request. We will respond within 5 business days.
